Our unique approach to wellbeing involves combining the ideas and strategies behind Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with the therapeutic benefits of being outside in nature, including cold water immersion to create a powerful experience that will improve your wellbeing and sense of purpose.

Our individual therapy and group programmes are designed to give you the skills to manage life stresses and challenges and be clearer about your direction in life.

I would very much recommend it to others. It was highly supportive environment in sharing struggles around mental health and it encouraged us experiment in looking at things slightly differently whilst remaining realistic. It also taught people how to approach the wild swimming through correct breathing techniques and holding hands while each person immersed themselves. I believe many of us would have not tried or been able to do this before.
