Individual therapy
Welcome to our unique therapy experience, where traditional individual psychological talking therapy is combined with time spent in a natural environment. A clinical psychologist will provide a safe and supportive environment as you explore your feelings and emotions, using evidence based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) or Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
Our intention is to take therapy beyond the therapy room to harness the additional benefits of outdoor activity and nature. This could include walking and talking in Eryri, mindful forest time and/or cold water immersion, which has been shown to have numerous physical and mental health benefits. We tailor the therapeutic setting and activities depending on your preferences and needs.
